Robert Coltrane has worked as an IT professional for over a decade. He keeps everything running smoothly at Heart In Sol, and if we ever have a problem, we luckily have someone we can call. As Patrick’s partner, he has played an integral part in Heart In Sol’s successful move to its current location and in making it into the awesome place it is today. Thanks for all the behind-the-scenes work that you do, Robert! You put up with all the problems and always find a way to make things better. You also brought us our first ZUMBA® teacher–Ashley!
Robert was in the Navy for four years, but I think he liked being in Triad Boot Camp better. Say “Hello” if you see him around the studio.

Lori Cox Hesling is a stay at mom to two wonderful boys but still has a lifetime passion of sharing dance with others. Dancing since age 3, she went on to receive a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Dance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She performed two seasons at Paramount Carowinds and went on to work for Royal Caribbean as dance captain for the next four years. While dancing her way around the world, she met her husband onboard the Queen Elizabeth II. After a few years at sea, she brought her Aussie back to her roots to settle down in North Carolina. While raising two boys is an amazing and rewarding adventure, she still enjoys dance and sharing the joy of movement with others. ZUMBA® and ZumbAtomic® allow her to have fun while working out and seeing others express themselves through the art of dance. She is thrilled to join Heart In Sol to start the new sensation ZumbAtomic®! “Kids of all ages are sure to love this jam session… See you on the dance floor!”

Caitlin Pugh first encountered Zumba back in 2007 and from that very first class she was absolutely hooked! “Zumba pulled me out of my workout slump (which was a couple of years of nothing or the occasional treadmill walk) and open my eyes to a new way of life.”
Caitlin has introduced our Zumba-lovers at Heart In Sol to ZUMBA® Toning! “No matter what level you’re at we’ll find something that works for you, the magic word is “modify”! I will help you take your cardio as high as you want or start you out on a beginner’s level. You don’t have to be skinny, young, or super active to enjoy Zumba. It’s all about feeling the music and letting your soul dance!”
