Sam Moore loves being a boot camp instructor because he’s giving to others what he got from Triad Boot Camp. “DO SOMETHING YOU WOULDN’T NORMALLY DO!” is his personal motto and, from personal experience, he recommends jumping in with both feet and getting active with Heart In Sol. In January 2010, he enrolled in his first boot camp. In 2011, as Heart In Sol expanded its boot camps, he assisted with boot camps while studying to be an instructor. He is an ACT Certified Personal Trainer and leads our evening boot camps. “I’ve seen campers’ lives change and the confidence and camaraderie they get in boot camp is a major part of the changes. It’s changed my life, too. I know it can change yours!” Sam lives in Greensboro, has three boxers (two are deaf) and is self-employed at Gate City Web Things and FAQtually On-Demand IT.
