Yes! Triad Boot Camp is open to men and women. In our previous location we were limited to an all-male camp due to conflicts of interest; however, we are free now to serve our female friends equally! Join us!

Mid-thirties to forties. We have clients that are anywhere from 21 to 77 years young.

I only take on around 12-15 private clients at a time. We are currently seeking qualified applicants to begin training at our new location.

It depends on a lot of factors–i.e., how long you commit to train, how long you want your sessions to be, how many times per week you would like to train, etc. The sessions can range from $30 – $70. I generally require a six-month commitment and I prefer at least a twice-per-week commitment, but I do make exceptions occasionally.

Heart In Sol’s new address as of February 2011 is 624-B Guilford College Road, Greensboro, NC 27409. We are located approximately 14 minutes from downtown Greensboro and less than 30 minutes from most of the rest of the Triad.

Triad Boot Camp locations have included Hunter Elementary School in Greensboro and Hanes Park in Winston-Salem and St. Timothy’s UMC in Jamestown. Boot Camps starting in February 2011 will be held at our new location on Guilford College Road. For more information, check out the Boot Camp page.

Currently, I am only teaching at Heart In Sol, but I have taught group classes in the past at Wake Forest University for WFU faculty/staff, at Fitness By the Sea in Pacific Palisades, CA, at two Peak Fitness locations in Winston-Salem and at the Southside Neighborhood Park in Greensboro. I have also thrown several yoga parties in the Winston-Salem area. Contact me if you would like to have a yoga party at your home. You invite your friends and have them bring an appetizer/drink and after we have our indoor or outdoor yoga class, we eat and drink and enjoy the rest of the day.

North Carolina is my home. I grew up in what is now the heart of NC wine country in Yadkin County–so I’m a country boy at heart.
