Having been on high blood pressure meds for 10 years, my doctor halved my dosage and I may be off it completely in 6 months. Blake, thanks for the daily butt-kicking and continued motivation!! I am indebted to you for life. You have helped me physically and probably even more so mentally. You cannot imagine the stress that you have helped me deflate and get rid of. The best thing boot camp has done for me though, is change my mind set and brought on a complete lifestyle change that I have wholeheartedly committed to and embraced.

Hey Patrick, In case I haven’t told you yet... thank you. Your workouts are extremely challenging & are pushing me to and often beyond my limits. This is exactly what I need! A week ago, I couldn’t run one lap, today I ran 2. Next week – 3 or more. Your calorie counter chart has made me think about the food that goes into my body. I may not be keeping up with “the rest of the class” this go around, but I’m already looking forward to the next Boot Camp to push my limits even farther! Thanks for the motivation. I have to say thank you. Patrick, working out with you these last four months has completely changed my life. Completely. I am literally not the same person I was when I first walked into the studio in April. You have to know how grateful I am for your support, your professionalism and your friendship. I really needed for things to change when I came to you and boy have they ever. Changing my body has brought about change in every other aspect of my life. At age 39, I did back-to-back bootcamps with Patrick in January and February 2010 to kickstart my weight loss effort started in December 2009. My starting weight was about 226 pounds. I lost over 12 pounds and also fully ran my first mile EVER by the end of the first camp and lost another 6 pounds in the second camp. MORE IMPORTANTLY, I got the kickstart I was looking for and really (FINALLY!) got into exercising. Last year I lost about 40 pounds of fat and added muscle. I’m in the best shape of my life and it feels great!

Thank you again for the boot camp opportunity. I have lost a full pants size, but more importantly, I have been inspired to MOVE! I even exercise at stop lights on my way to work! I was completely sedentary before taking the camp and now everyone at work says I have more energy than anyone they know. I went to the camp in hopes of losing weight, but I have come out of it with a change in lifestyle that will insure a healthy, physically fit and happier me.
