Triad Boot Camp - Greensboro NCWelcome to the home of Greensboro’s MOST POPULAR BOOT CAMP program. With up to 6 different camps at 4 different locations throughout the year to choose from, we are able to serve up to 100+ campers each month at a lower cost than our closest competitors.

This co-ed boot camp style program was designed by Patrick Willard, NSCA-CPT, to help you get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy, build confidence and make new friends–all in a supportive and nurturing environment.

We are not some out-of-state chain that you could find in any city in the US. We are LOCAL and our certified trainers put the TRIAD FIRST!

Triad Boot Camp is easy to get to from anywhere in the Triad! **Our newest location serving Downtown and East Greensboro is conveniently located at The Elm Street Center at 203 S. Elm Street.
