Triad Boot Camp - Greensboro NCWelcome to the home of Greensboro’s MOST POPULAR BOOT CAMP program. Currently, we offer sessions 5 days/week mornings and evenings.

Registration for 4-week camps usually opens 4 weeks before Camp start date. However, you may start at anytime by joining our unlimited Fit Club Boot Camp program, which allows you to attend all sessions–morning and evening.

This co-ed boot camp style program was designed by Patrick Willard, NSCA-CPT, to help you get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy, build confidence and make new friends–all in a supportive and nurturing environment.

We are not some out-of-state chain that you could find in any city in the US. We are LOCAL and our certified trainers put our community FIRST!

Important: To register for a 4-week camp you will need to scroll down to the *start date of camp* in the booking software and book the camp you would like to attend. Email with questions.
